Home Brewed LAAW at USC

Hello, World! It has been a while since our last post, but it’s all for a good reason. We’ve been busy brewing and planning, and it payed off big time. John and I were invited to provide beer for the Bosco’s USC Alumni Tailgate. Fight on!
To prepare for the event we brewed 20 gallons of beer – 10 gallons of Saison and 10 gallons of our Flagship Rye Beer “Gamsbart.” We had an overwhelmingly positive response and were asked to return next season. By that time we will have a commercial product out in the market to sell, so hopefully everyone will have a chance to have some.
John and I are rapidly approaching our first contract brew as Los Angeles Ale Works, which should be coming up at the end of Dec / start of January. We have a bit more paper work to do, but we are growing ever

closer to our goal. As soon as our ABC license clears we will be signing on with a distributor, and our beers will be available in several local LA bars. Wish us luck and thank you everyone for your support!
